Location - Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. Our friendly, fun and out-going team require an experienced resourcer to join our happy team.
Our general working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
We are a busy recruitment consultancy based in Newport Pagnell and have been established for over 15 years.
Your experience?
- Experience working in a recruitment environment (maybe an ex consultant OR a good resourcer that is trying to get away from the "sales" side of a consultant position)
- Office based experience (using telephone in a consultative capacity)
- Strong "matching" skills, matching candidates to roles (CV / Job Spec / CV)
- Strong interviewing skills, finding out people's experience and matching to the requirements of the job specification given
- Committed to Customer Service
- Superb administration skills (including word and excel)
