Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Consultants to start up a new financial division in their offices in the following locations. My client is also seeking good commercial consultants to join an already successful team

Peterborough – Commercial Perms Consultant
Cambridge or Peterborough- Financial Recruitment Consultant


The purpose of this role is to:
* Develop new business through various sales activities
* Manage existing business to an exceptional standard
* Resource and match high quality, core candidates
* Work closely with the candidate base to support them and pro actively place them in suitable positions
* Generate revenue
* Cross sell the permanent desk in partnership with the Consultant
* To work to set branch targets and exceed them where possible
